📌 Day 0 – Order Placed

• You’ll receive an instant order confirmation email.

📌 Day 1–2 – Handling Time

• Our warehouse prepares, packs, and ships your order within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) begin processing the same business day.
• Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

📌 Day 3–8 – Transit Time

• Once shipped, your order is delivered in 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

📌 Day 6–8 – Total Delivery Window

• From checkout to delivery, your order will typically arrive in 5–8 business days.

Shipping Costs

• United States: Always free.
• International Orders: Not available at this time.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem. If your order isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 60 days of delivery.

✅ Conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags.
• Proof of purchase required.

Item Arrived Damaged?

If your jacket shows up with damage or defects:

1. Take a few photos of the item and packaging.
2. Email them to sales@txjackets.com within 7 days of delivery.
3. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or process a full refund.

Bought It on Sale?

All sale and clearance items are final sale — they cannot be returned or refunded. If an item is damaged on arrival, we’ll gladly replace it.

How Refunds Work

1. Return Request – Contact us to get a prepaid label.
2. Send It Back – Drop your package at the carrier location (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
3. Inspection – Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3 business days.
4. Refund Issued – Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 business days.
