Billing Errors & Disputes

- If needed, you may also dispute a charge with your bank or card provider.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only issued in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
- Processing takes 7 business days after approval.
- Banks may take an additional 3–5 days to show the refund in your account.
Taxes
- Orders shipped within Austin may include applicable state and local sales taxes.
- Any taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
